The engine mounting brackets on your 1982, 1983, or 1984 El Camino are made to secure your engine motor mounts, which are meant to keep your engine in place and away from the radiator core or fan shroud. All parts are essential in your Chevrolet, but your mount bracket can rust over time from fluid exposure or from the constant barrage of outside elements. Eventually your brackets may lose their hold and fall off or break, leaving your motor mount and other engine components vulnerable. The El Camino Store is happy to offer this exclusive set of OEM engine frame mount brackets, made from high quality materials and correct stamped steel with correct OEM thickness. These metal brackets attach to the crossmember of your Chevy El Camino with 350 Diesel engine, and are sold as a pair, fitting both the driver's and passenger's sides. Don’t wait to keep your engine components secure, and get a new pair of engine motor mount brackets today. From racers, show cars, hot rods, and daily drivers, you can trust The El Camino Store for all of your restoration and replacement needs for your 1982, 1983, or 1984 El Camino!

New old stock (NOS) Eckler’s Industries refers to NOS parts as original equipment parts offered for sale which were manufactured long ago but that have never been used. Such merchandise may be permanently out of production and tooling may no longer exist, and thus the new old stock may represent the only current source of a particular item. Although some circles consider NOS parts as having to be “era” correct or “show correct”, this assumption is not true. NOS parts could be parts that are exact to what was found at the time of production, had upgrading in tooling to accommodate other car lines such as extra mounting holes or casting ears, made on worn or rebuilt original tooling or superseded entirely to another design for safety reasons. Eckler’s considers a part NOS when it is either produced by GM or by an affiliate and/or subcontractor to GM. Examples of these companies can include, but are not limited to: AC Delco, Remy, and Delphi. NOS parts can come packaged in many ways such as era correct packing, update packaging, unpackaged entirely or simply in plastic bags. While damage to the original packaging is common, many items have been on shelves or in storage and over time may have developed some damage, such as surface rust or discoloration. This minor damage from “shelf wear” does not detract from an item being identified as NOS. Eckelrs Industries highly recommends you conduct detailed research before buying any NOS part if the part is used to duplicate an era correct application.
