Wholesale Account Manager - Titusville, FL (Orlando Area)

Eckler Industries is currently seeking Wholesale Account Managers to join our Call Center Team in our Titusville, FL facility. Account managers are vital to the profitable running of a business. They are primarily responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers within a defined client base with annual sales that exceed $10,000.00. The Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales quotas and assigned account objectives. As an Account Manager you will serve as the first point of contact for all customer requirements and will be responsible for maximizing revenue growth. To perform this job successfully an individual must work smart, exhibit strong time management skills; develop strong relationships and the ability to close the sales. Responsibilities:
  • Catalog page layout
  • Design and creation of images for web, catalog, magazine, etc…
  • Some light magazine design

Skills:

  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign
  • Proficient in QuarkXpress
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop
  • Working knowledge of Illustrator
  • Good organizational and design skills are a must
  • Must know how to create and use master pages, anchored objects, and the book palette

Product Line Marketing Analyst - Titusville, Florida

Eckler’s is currently seeking a Product Line Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing team in our Titusville, FL location. As a Product Line Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for the assisting with all marketing activities for one of Eckler’s Product Line Groups. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits are crucial. In your role as a Product Line Marketing Analyst you will analyze customer sales trends, research how customers buy and their buying criteria. Product Line Marketing Analysts help with creation of print catalogs, optimize web and print presentation, identify gaps in product lines, and support all initiatives to drive sales growth. This role works closely with sourcing and purchasing to ensure the right products are offered at the right price

Responsibilities:

Assist with management of assigned product lines to achieve annual sales targets
Manage presentation of products to customers
- Make all product related decisions for planning catalogs, emails, and other promotions for group
- Develop key words and search rules for new products and product categories on the web
- Select the specific products to be included in each section and turn in all materials to creative team per creative schedule
- Work with Marketing Planning and Analysis Director to manage page count
- Review section and page level performance to identify required changes to the catalog pagination, removing non-performing products and adding new products as required
- Provide necessary copy and bullet points to properly merchandise products in catalog and on the web.
- Work with Product Tech Specialist to ensure best products in category are featured appropriately in catalogs and web
Accurately and completely set up parts on the AS400
- Responsible for population and accuracy of volumetric data
- Responsible for correctly assigning web categories, generation codes, brand codes and other marketing related data
Perform pricing review on all products, identifying opportunities to increase prices on select products and strategically lower prices on key products
- Identify key competitors to track pricing against
- Respond to vendor cost changes
- Ensure adherence to MAP pricing where required
- Meet or exceed margin target for product lines
Identify gaps in the product line
- Review performance of all major product categories over time and versus competitors and versus other Eckler’s brand
- Work with Product Tech Specialist to understand product issues and opportunities for specific models
- Review product offering to ensure all necessary replacement parts are offered
Manage day-to-day vendor relationship for products in your area of responsibility
- Add all new products and make other product, cost, and pricing updates for existing products
- Stay on top of vendor performance and help manage backorder and vendor changes if necessary
Keep up-to-date on the latest trends and issues in the industry as well as news relating to other markets and competitors.
- Gather and prioritize product and market requirements for current and future products.
- Identify key vendors and competitive offerings in the market and assess strengths and weaknesses
- Identify models and years with greatest market potential and trends in restoration/collector market for new product and marketing emphasis

Sr PHP Developer - Titusville, Florida (Orlando Area)

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Design, Develop, Test, and Implement Web based applications for all commerce and non-commerce web sites utilizing PHP, Zend Framework, VB Script, and HTML per Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Monitor and maintain current web applications and provide analysis and resolution of bugs as needed.
  • Provide application and system administration support for the Apache web servers, Linux servers, and MY-SQL database servers.
  • Lead and direct the work of Web programmers.
  • Create and maintain documentation as required.
  • Create test plans and perform proper testing of all applications before releasing into production.
  • Provide metric reporting for websites and project status reports as required.
Minimum Qualifications and Qualities:
  • 3+ years of experience in web software development in an Ecommerce business environment preferably using Magento.
